Air compressor maintenance
Routine maintenance:
Check the running status: Observe the running sound and vibration of the compressor. If there is abnormal noise or vibration, stop the compressor in time for inspection. At the same time, pay attention to whether the temperature, pressure and other parameters of the compressor are within the normal range.
Check connecting components: Check whether the bolts and nuts of each component are loose. If they are loose, tighten them in time to prevent damage or leakage.
Clean the equipment: regularly clean the dust and oil on the compressor shell to keep the equipment clean. At the same time, clean the external dust of the air filter to prevent too much dust from affecting the intake volume.
Regular maintenance:
Replace the air filter: Replace the air filter regularly according to the use environment and frequency. It is generally replaced every 1000-2000 hours or 3-6 months to ensure that the air entering the compressor is clean and to prevent impurities such as dust from entering the cylinder and wearing the parts.
Replace the lubricating oil: Replace the lubricating oil regularly according to the operation instructions of the compressor. It is usually replaced every 2000-3000 hours or about half a year. At the same time, when replacing the lubricating oil, the oil filter should be thoroughly cleaned to ensure the cleanliness of the lubricating oil.
Maintenance of the cooling system: for water-cooled compressors, it is necessary to regularly check whether the cooling water pipeline is blocked, water leakage and other phenomena, and clean the cooler to ensure the cooling effect. For air-cooled compressors, clean the dust on the cooling fan and radiator to ensure good heat dissipation.
Check and maintain the valve: regularly check the intake valve, exhaust valve and other valves of the compressor, clean the carbon accumulation and impurities on the valve, check the sealing performance of the valve, if there is damage or seal is not strict, should be replaced or repaired in time.
Check safety devices: safety devices such as safety valves and pressure gauges should be checked regularly to ensure their sensitivity and reliability. Generally, it is checked at least once a year to ensure the safe operation of the compressor.
