Transducer 1089057538 Pressure Sensor Air Compressor Parts 1089-0575-38
Air compressors are divided into reciprocating compressors and screw compressors according to their working principles. The accessories of air compressors mainly include some conventional vulnerable parts. The accessories of screw compressors are divided into vulnerable parts, such as temperature sensors, pressure sensors, computer boards, relay boards, PLC controllers, control panels, operation panels, solenoid valves, rotary valves, pneumatic valves, blow-off valves, temperature control valves, thermal control valves, temperature control valve cores, proportional valves, capacity control valves, pressure maintenance valves, inlet valves, safety valves, regulating valves, switches, ducts, starter plate buffers, and so on. Unlike reciprocating compressors, screw compressors operate differently and have different designs. Vulnerable parts of screw compressors include oil filters, air filters, oil-gas separators, machine oils, and so on.

1. Operation, maintenance, and servicing of air compressor components must be conducted by qualified personnel.
2. The compressor must not be operated in reverse. Prior to starting the compressor for the first time or after servicing the electrical control system, ensure that the motor rotation direction aligns with the specified direction.
3. Disassembly of high-temperature components should only be performed after the temperature has cooled down to ambient temperature.
4. It is recommended to use specialized oil for screw compressors. Different grades of lubricating oil should not be mixed.
5. Do not make any modifications or additions to the compressor that may affect its safety or reliability without permission from the manufacturer.
6. Original equipment parts of the compressor are specially designed and manufactured. It is recommended to use genuine spare parts to ensure the reliability and safety of the compressor's operation.
7. Under no circumstances should the suction port of the compressor be blocked during operation.
8. Unless explicitly designated for breathing, compressed air should never be used for breathing purposes.
9. The compressor should not be operated beyond the specified pressure or temperature limits.
10. If any abnormal operation of the compressor is detected, it should be immediately stopped, and the anomaly should be promptly addressed.
11. Use the correct tools for the maintenance and repair of the compressor.
12. After maintenance, ensure that all safety devices are reinstalled before starting the compressor, and all tools are removed from the compressor.
Maintenance of Air Compressors:
Daily check the oil level, exhaust temperature, and exhaust pressure, and listen for any abnormal sounds.
Weekly, before starting the compressor, open the separator drain valve to discharge condensate, check for leaks, inspect the safety valve, and visually inspect the condition of the belts.
Regularly inspect the intake control valve, minimum pressure valve, electrical control box terminal connections, safety valve, and cooling fan.
Periodically clean and sweep the cooling fins of the cooler and test the reliability of the safety valve.
Regularly replace the oil filter element, oil separator filter element, intake filter element, and lubricating oil.
Common Troubleshooting for Air Compressors:
Machine does not start: Check the main switch and power supply cable, inspect the motor.
Machine does not load after starting: Adjust the pressure switch setting or replace the pressure switch, check or replace the solenoid valve.
Compressor does not unload, safety valve releases pressure: Adjust the pressure switch setting or replace the pressure switch, check or replace the solenoid valve.
Excessive oil consumption: Use recommended oil, lower oil level to normal position, remove and clean the oil return pipeline, replace oil separator filter element.
Discharge pressure lower than specified value: Reduce air usage or increase compressor capacity, check for system leaks, clean or replace intake filter element, replace oil separator filter element, check or replace solenoid valve, service intake control valve, replace belts, adjust pressure switch setting.
Compressor stops due to high temperature protection: Improve environmental ventilation conditions, clean or wash the cooler, refill oil to specified level, replace oil filter.
Compressor unloads but discharge pressure still rises slowly, safety valve releases pressure: Check or replace solenoid valve, service intake control valve, service unloading pipeline.
Safety valve releases pressure: Service or replace safety valve, service minimum pressure valve, replace oil separator filter element, service or replace pressure switch, check intake control valve or solenoid valve.
