Visual inspection
Surface quality: The surface of high-quality accessories should be smooth and flat, without obvious scratches, cracks, sand holes, burrs and other defects. Material inspection

If the flow rate of the air filter is too small, it will affect the intake volume of the air compressor and reduce the work efficiency.
Operation test: If conditions permit, install the parts to the air compressor for operation test. Observe whether the accessories are smooth during operation, and whether there are abnormal vibration, noise, heat and other phenomena. For example, the motor of the air compressor should sound stable when running, without obvious vibration and overheating.
Internal structure analysis
Disassembly inspection: For some disassembly parts, such as oil and gas separators, air filters, etc., you can carefully disassemble them and observe their internal structure. The internal filters, partitions, seals and other components should be installed firmly and neatly, without damage, deformation, blockage and other problems. For some key large parts, such as the cylinder block of air compressors, non-destructive testing can effectively find hidden quality problems inside.
