2, open the door lock of the machine, observe the air compressor oil level, at this time the oil level can not be lower than the lowest, otherwise the coolant needs to be added to the normal position.
3. Turn on the power of the controller and observe whether there is an abnormal display on the LCD. If "The device is Stopped" is displayed, the system runs normally.
4. Open the air compressor outlet valve.

5, after the above inspection is correct, you can press the air compressor start button, that is, the (ON) button, the air compressor can work normally.

▶ Operation precautions: 1. After starting, observe the operation of the air compressor for 3 to 5 minutes. Observe whether there is abnormal sound and vibration, whether there is leakage of oil, gas, etc., otherwise it should be stopped immediately for inspection.

2, there is pressure in the pipeline and the container, it is strictly prohibited to loosen the pipeline or embolization, and open unnecessary valves.
3, the operation should pay attention to observe the oil level. When the machine is running, the oil level is lower than that after shutdown, which is a normal phenomenon. When the oil level is not visible and the exhaust temperature is as high as 100 degrees, it should be stopped immediately. Observe the oil level after 10 seconds of shutdown, if insufficient, add lubricating oil when there is no pressure in the system;
4, after the gas is cooled by the cooler, a certain amount of condensate will be produced, which should be discharged regularly, otherwise the water will be taken by the gas to the rear system; According to the weather reasons, the discharge of water time can be flexibly adjusted, generally more frequent in summer.
5, During operation, at least every day should record the voltage, current, outlet gas pressure, outlet exhaust temperature, oil level and other parameters for future maintenance for reference. 1, first press the OFF button, 10 to 15 seconds after the intelligent controller according to the pre-programmed stop. The motor stops. Avoid direct shutdown of air compressor under heavy load;
2. If necessary, press the emergency stop switch (red button) to cut off the power supply of the master and contactor.

3, after the air compressor is shut down, it can not start immediately, and it needs to wait for about 1 to 2 minutes, so that the system will automatically empty the internal pressure to prevent heavy load starting damage to the motor.

4. After commissioning, the air compressor will adjust the pressure and other parameters according to the actual situation and set it to fully automatic control mode. In general, users do not have to adjust themselves. Seven, screw air compressor lubricating oil
